In 2009, professional golfer and Major winner, Louis Oosthuizen established the LOUIS57
Foundation, prompted by the support he received in his early years as an amateur.
This foundation represents both Louis and his wife Nel-Mare’s dedication to giving back to
communities, specifically by aiding children with special needs. It serves as a means of
connecting donors with these children in need.
We invite you to join us on this philanthropic journey and make a difference in the lives of underprivileged youth.

Donations and funds are allocated to various causes through a variety of means, such as
fundraising projects and events, which are distributed to our 4 beneficiaries.

iPapa57’s ECD program focuses on both
providing nourishment for young children and raising funds to support their development.
LOUIS57 Junior Golf Academy offers a
comprehensive golf development
programme for young players.
Leolan Academy is a school in Mossel Bay
catering to students with varying special needs, such as Autism and Down-syndrome.
LOUIS57 Kids With Cancer is dedicated to
providing assistance to children and their
families who are facing the challenges of
paediatric cancer.

As our community grows with more members and businesses, our impact in aiding underprivileged children also grows. Each of us has the ability to improve the lives of our youth, and we invite you to join us on this incredible journey towards uplifting them.
Contributions to the LOUIS57 Transformation Trust are eligible for both Enterprise
Development (ED) and Socio-economic Development (SED) recognition at 100% of their value. Donors will receive the necessary documentation to immediately obtain BEE
recognition on their scorecards. Additionally, donors will receive regular updates on the
progress of FOUNDATION57 projects in the communities they have supported.
Some of the most recent and successful projects are the establishment of a 3 000 m2 grass playing field at the Garden Route Primary School (Mossel Bay) in collaboration with Standard Bank, and other stakeholders in our region and a joint project with the JD Group, providing computers to an Autism and Down-Syndrome school in Mokopane.
