Little Grethe’s kidney had to be removed in Red Cross Children’s Hospital 2 weeks after the diagnosis ,due to zero kidney function. The reason for the removal was that her kidney didn’t receive blood for a long period of time, as a result of her arteries being blocked.

To keep this girl functioning 100%, her daily medication includes 12 tablets. It has been a long and tiring road but through it all Little Grethe has been an inspiration to everyone that meets her, and continues to influence everyone through her faith.
